We are just like our electronics. We can only go so far on one battery charge, and sometimes we think we are starting out with a full battery and discover we really are only working with 20% battery power. What do you do? In today's episode, I'm sharing some tips on how you can recharge while on the go, and asking you to take a pledge to use 10% less screen time and give that time to yourself for self-care instead.
